Rated 5 out of 5 by from I wrote an unfair review I bought this product 2 months ago, and had very several failure to extract, and several stovepipes shooting an ISSC M22 handgun. I then bought a .22 cal revolver and had a few failure to fires, and one fired case stuck in the cylinder, I broke the ejector lever trying to remove it. After having problems shooting the Value Pack, I was confident the problem was with the ammunition. After having similar problems with other brands of ammo in my revolver, I did some research, and found the cylinder was improperly machined. After receiving a replacement cylinder under warranty, I have been able to fire the remainder of the box, which was over 300 rounds with no problems whatsoever. As for the ISSC M22, I sold it as it is almost impossible to obtain replacement parts for it. I would now like to retract my previous review.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Lot, or Just Plain Junk I bought the 550 round value pack two weeks ago to shoot through my ISSC M22 semi-automatic handgun. Not one round out of over 50 would extract let alone eject. I have never had this problem before using other brands of ammo. Thinking that perhaps I had a bad extractor, i tried firing some rounds in a Heritage Arms revolver. Many rounds would misfire, and out of the ones that would fire, several of the fired cases would get stuck in the cylinder. One was stuck so tight that I broke the lever on the extracting rod trying to remove it. It appears that the Value Pack for me was costly rather than a value. I threw away $25 purchasing this ammunition and had to order a replacement extracting rod for my revolver. I will never purchase Federal .22 ammo again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Inconsistant at best First box of this ammo shot like a dream so I ordered 2 more. Next two boxes are from a different lot number and they won't hold a 4 inch group with my marlin 60. Some sound normal some sound supressed. The quieter ones are 3 to5 inches off center. Now I have over 900 rounds left of this lot to get rid of.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good ammunition. I found that this ammo makes my CZ 453 group as well as the best standard velocity ammo does in it. It doesn't shoot as well in my other .22s but still good for bulk stuff. I would recommend it to others.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not sure about the description and graphs Is this description and graph really correct? I don’t think the ballistic coeffiecient is correct nor do I think the graph is correct if it is based on the coefficient

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Many misfires I just purchased a new .22 pistol and I am having many misfires with this ammo. I've tried other manufacturers of ammo with a lot better luck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great round I was able to reach sub-MOA precision with this ammo and my good old Marlin 60. Fired thousands of these, not a single one misfired or got jammed. Also, they come dry, with no grease.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 20% misfires and light loads Purchase 4 boxes of Federal 325 round value pack box from Cabela’s. Used my Marlin model 60 to test ammo before putting through my colt or ruger pistols. About 20 to 25%of the rounds did not cycle enough to reload and jammed. The firing of most of the round sounded if the Marlin was suppressed. My concern was a round not completely going through the barrel. Had to unload every 5 or 6th round with a screw driver.
