Syntech Action Pistol

Syntech Action Pistol

Part #: AE45SJAP1

Shooters who compete at the highest levels need ammunition built for the demands of their discipline. Syntech® Action Pistol is specifically designed for the action shooting sports and loaded to power factor requirements with heavy, flatter-nosed bullets for more reliable knock-downs on steel targets in competition. Like all Syntech loads, they feature the exclusive Total Synthetic Jacket (TSJ™), which prevents metal-on-metal contact between the bullet and barrel, eliminating copper and lead fouling as well as reducing damaging heat and friction. Combined with clean-burning powders and the Catalyst™ lead-free primer, Syntech Action Pistol provides the softest-shooting and most reliable performance possible for high-volume competitive shooters.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Trouble Making Power Factor I've used this in two matches 1st one it was 36 degrees out side and just barley passed chrono the 2nd it was 86 degrees and I failed chrono and got DQ'ed I've since heard this from a couple others as well having trouble making power factor. (I'm shooting a CZ 97b) I bought a chronograph of my own to test it and the 1st time out it failed to make power factor out of 10 rounds, tried a friends Glock 41 and 50 % of the rounds failed to make PF also. I plan to try again with the new chronograph. Sent ammo to federal to be tested now I have to wait 2 months for the results. I really like the ammo just cant use in any matches until I figure out if its the ammo or my gun.
